Your Rooftop access window is determined by your reserved check-in time:

• Check in 8 AM to 9 AM → Rooftop access 9 AM–11:45 AM
• Check in 11 AM to 12 PM → Rooftop access 12 PM–3 PM
• Check in 2 PM to 3 PM → Rooftop access 3:15 PM–6:15 PM
• Check in 5 PM or later → Rooftop access 6:30 PM- 10 PM
