A 10-Pack gives you ten credits to use at Bathhouse any time over three months. Just simple, flexible access on your schedule at an incredible value.

10-Pack includes:
- Ten Day Pass credits at $55 per Day Pass
- Access to Bathhouse Williamsburg Monday to Sunday
- Auto renews after 3 months from time of purchase
BILLING
This pack-membership will be automatically billed at the time of purchase and prorated during the first month based on the remaining days in that monthly period. The membership will then be billed on the first of each month going forward.
RENEWAL
This membership will automatically renew quarterly until canceled. Cancel at any time with 30 days notice.
USAGE
This pack-membership includes 5 credits each quarter that can be used for any Day Pass time slot. Membership credits can not be used to book guests. Membership credits cannot be used towards treatments (Massage, Scrub).
BOOKING
Please make a booking with your membership credit. We are not able to guarantee entry without an appointment. Any appointments canceled outside of our 24-hour policy will be charged a credit. No-shows will also be charged a credit.
UNUSED CREDITS
Unused credits are forfeited and do not roll over into subsequent months and do not accrue over time. Credits are valid for the quarterly period they are issued in and then expire. Credits are solely for the enrolled member and may not be transferred or otherwise used for other individual’s bookings.
OFFER TERMS
Bathhouse reserves the right to discontinue the membership at any time, and/or adjust the terms and price at any time. In the event of a discontinuation, the member would receive a 30 day notice and be able to enjoy one more billing cycle. In the event of a change in terms/price, the member will be notified and will have the option to continue at the new terms or discontinue the membership.
CANCEL
To cancel your membership, please email hello@abathhouse.com with the subject line “Cancel My Membership”. In the body of the email, you should include your first and last name and the following statement: “Please cancel my membership.” We will process your request and provide confirmation of cancellation to you as soon as possible. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Your membership will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the remainder of the cycle, unless otherwise determined by us at our discretion.
